Our Background
Titan Pro Developer Limited was founded by tradespeople and project managers who had worked in Calgary’s construction industry long enough to see the same problems repeat: contractors who skip permits, projects that go over budget because scope wasn’t assessed properly, homeowners left holding liability because their suite was never registered.
We started with secondary suites because that’s where the demand in Calgary was — and where most of the mistakes were happening. Over time, we built out to cover the full scope of residential construction: basement development, detached garages, backyard suites, renovations, and custom homes.
The common thread across all of it is the same: permitted work, quality finish, and a project handover where the client knows exactly what they have and what it’s registered as. We don’t do shortcuts, and we don’t do surprises.
After five years building across Calgary, Chestermere, Airdrie, and Rocky View County, our reputation is built on referrals. Most of our clients come to us because someone they know used us. That’s the only way a construction company grows in this market — by doing the work correctly the first time.

Permits are part of the job
A lot of contractors skip permits and leave the liability with the homeowner. We don't. Every project we build is permitted. Every trade we use is licensed. When we hand over your keys, your suite is registered.
We don't subcontract the work out
Our core team manages every phase of your build. We coordinate trades — electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians — but we stay on site and stay accountable.
Honest scoping before a dollar is committed
We've turned down projects that don't make sense — low ceiling heights, structural issues that would cost more to fix than the suite is worth. We'd rather tell you that upfront than start a project and discover it mid-build.

The Calgary Secondary Suite Incentive Program offers up to $10,000 reimbursement. We know how it works and we help our clients access it. It's part of our standard secondary suite process.
